I agree with you! Kama is something that resides in everyone but the serenity of the Devine Lord suppresses it and brings out the inner balance of life and its purpose.

Priya - ur right..The purpose of my poem was to invoke Lord Arunachala (from the Dvaitic perspective even though the first line is from the advaitic perspective :)) in an angry sense..I am trying to say to him that he has not succeeded in defeating Kama..That he has not done his job properly :)..
Thiruvanamalai is indeed a beautiful place. It is an unforgettable moment in my life. I was glad you came along coz u educated me with the history and mythology behind the place. Sometimes I wonder how u got to know so much!
